Supporting the School

Parents are invited to make a voluntary contribution of twenty pounds per year towards class funds. This money is used to support pupils with activities such as cooking, shopping, snacks, outings and motivators for teaching PECS.

We always have a number of projects that we are fundraising for. Our current project is the development of an outdoor learning environment for our pupils with complex needs. We want to incorporate large outdoor musical instruments, wheelchair accessible items and a shelter on which to attach mobiles and interactive sensory equipment.

Previous successful campaigns include thirteen thousand pounds for the development of a playground for the Early Years Department, ten thousand pounds to take a party of children on a trip of a lifetime to Japan and five hundred pounds to provide resources to support the work of the speech and language therapists.
