Speech and Language Therapy

All pupils at Heritage House School will be seen by the speech therapist for small group or individual teaching and therapy sessions. Effective communication is a key learning outcome for all pupils.
Pupils will be assessed by the Assessment Team to determine what type of communication aid is required. This may range from a low tech device such as PECS, photographs or objects of reference to a high tech voice output device.
